Return Policy
Before shipping your order to our warehouse, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to ragosjewelry@gmail.com.
Exchanges
All orders placed outside of Portugal and Spain are final and cannot be exchanged.
Portuguese and Spanish orders may be returned or exchanged. The shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn) and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of earrings.
Due to high demand and popularity, we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange. Exchanges are processed for the amount paid for each item. We do not honor new discount codes on exchanges. Once you send back your item, we will mail you your exchange. If you don't know exactly what you want at this moment, you can exchange for store credit which will be given to you as a giftcard.
Returns
We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
The following issues are not be eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident
- Defects and damages caused by improper use or any defects resulting from the contact with chlorine, salt, alcohol, perfume, etc.
- Lost or stolen product
- Alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than RAGOS Jewelry.
- Consequences of the normal wear, tear and ageing of the jewel.
